Meet Sam Clavarino - Founder
With a passion for the health industry and a strong commitment to supporting healthcare professionals, Sam brings a unique blend of public service experience and genuine enthusiasm to allied health administration.
Sam's journey into healthcare began during the COVID-19 pandemic, working as a Senior Data Manager with the Victorian Department of Health. This role provided invaluable insight into the complexities and challenges faced by the healthcare sector, fuelling his determination to support health workers on a more personal level.
A Career Built on Public Service
Throughout his career, Sam has found deep satisfaction in serving the Australian public, working as a public servant with both state and federal government for 8 years. He spent 6 years with the Department of Health and Human Services and 2 years with the Victorian Department of Health managing the COVID-19 Database during the global pandemic.
Outside of work, Sam is an avid traveller and a passionate sports enthusiast. He has represented Victoria in touch football since he was 15 and enjoys quality time with his friends and family. His love for sport and wellness naturally aligns with his professional interests, especially as many of his closest friends are dedicated allied health professionals.
This deep connection with the health industry and a genuine desire to help others succeed drives Sam to provide exceptional administrative support tailored specifically for allied health professionals.

Hey! I'm Holly. Health and wellness are a big part of my life, and I enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
I've worked alongside physiotherapists in the mining industry, supporting workers' safe return to work and creating personalised training programs. I've managed a physiotherapy clinic in regional Western Australia, handling daily operations, patient bookings, Medicare claims, and team support. I've also applied my admin skills in the fashion industry, managing e-commerce sales, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining website content.
