How Outsourcing Can Make You Money

1. The Logic

  • You get paid to treat patients, not to do admin.

  • Admin takes time away from treating patients that need your help.

  • The less time you need to spend on admin the more clients you can treat and be paid for your time.

  • You pay a little in administrative assistance to gain a lot in patient revenue.

  • Whilst you're treating more patients the admin is being done for you in the background.

  • Plus a little secret (It’s potentially a tax deductible service for you) but of course, ask your accountant about that one.

2. Flexibility

We’re here to make your life easier when and where you need it without the financial commitment of a full-time staff.

You choose the hours you or outcomes you need when you need it:

  • One off task?

  • 3 hours a week?​

  • 3 day a week?

  • Fortnightly reoccurring tasks?

You communicate your needs and we handle them whether it’s on an ongoing basis or a one time engagement.

3. Example

Now let’s put this all into real world numbers so you can see all the moving parts.

  1. You spend 5 hours a week on administrative tasks detracting from your availability to see patients.

  2. You charge $100 per 30min appointment. 5 hours is 10 appointments which equals $1,000 in business revenue.

  3. You pay us say $55.00 an hour to complete 5 hours of admin equalling $275.00 (We might even be faster than you and do it in 4)

  4. Outcome?

    • $1,000 business revenue.

    • You paid $275.00 (maybe even deduct it from your tax) ​

    • 10 more patients helped.

    • Less admin stress.

How We Work

We do a lot of amazing work, but it's also important to understand what we don't do. That doesn't mean we won't offer these things in the future, just not right now. If you want a service we don't currently offer, mention it and we can explore what's possible.

  • We focus on efficiency, not constant availability. - You're paying for results, not wasted time. We batch tasks strategically, actioning three projects in focused blocks is more efficient (and cost-effective for you) than us being on-call every hour of the day. We work in the background, keep you updated on progress, and ask questions when we need clarity.

  • We honour deadlines, not emergency response. Give us a deadline and we'll meet it, but we're not a 24/7 on-demand service unless you're willing to pay emergency rates. Our workflow is designed for planned, quality outcomes not reactive firefighting. Yes we can power through things you’re struggling to keep up with, with the intention to progress towards an organised, reliable and efficient system.

  • We're proactive with outbound communication, not inbound availability. We're happy to call patients, suppliers, or anyone else on your behalf, but being available for inbound calls all day isn't efficient for either of us. We manage tasks through structured communication that respects both your time and ours.
