Denis is the proud owner of Perth Osteopathic Medicine & Podiatry. One of Perth’s oldest and well known osteopathic clinics on the west coast. His business provides vital Osteopathy, Podiatry and Remedial Massage Therapy to hundreds of patients every week to.
Denis approached us initially for some assistance with some invoicing and patient communication to free up some administrative burdens his clinic was facing. Denis was pleasantly impressed with the work provided by We Do Clinics, it was well organised, efficient and cost effective. Denis found he spent less time on admin jobs, was less stressed and had more spare time to spend with his much adored family.
As Denis continued to see the value in our services he became more confident in handing over other tasks that would chew away at his time. Services such as, website management, social media and even some expansion projects. Where is he now? With the confidence knowing his clinic is sorted and running smoothly thanks to our help, Denis has been able to focus on some life long dreams of expanding his business. He has opened up a second location in Dunsborough and has expanded the podiatry services he offers into Aged Care. Funnily enough even with these new projects he still has more spare time and he gets to focus on being the great practitioner he is knowing everything in the back ground is running smoothly.

Ashby is an Osteopath who regularly travels to rural communities in Western Australia. He provides his services to patients who don't have easy access to allied health and is making a real difference.
The essential work Ashby provides doesn't come without both time and administrative burdens which is where our assistance came into play. He reached out for some general admin help which is where We Do Clinics was born. Ashby would travel rurally, treat clients in multiple towns over multiple days then drive 6 hours home at the end. Once he arrived home from an exhausting trip he was then faced with having to do all his admin including GPCCMPs and exercise plans. Now Ashby finds that by the time he gets home, We Do Clinics has already completed most of his admin tasks. Ashby gets to relax and spend quality time with his wife instead of worrying about a pile of paper work waiting for him instead.
Ashby doesn't need to worry about processing GPCCMP referrals, ensuring patients are booked in or sending follow-up emails because I take care of it. He gets a well-deserved break knowing his patients are being looked after.
